- Low Carb: 40% Protein, 40% Fats, 20% Carbs.
- High Protein: 50% Protein, 20% Fats, 30% Carbs.
- Keto: 25% Protein, 70% Fats, 5% Carbs.
- Macro Calculation:
- The calculator computes the amount of protein, fats, and carbs (in grams) based on the chosen caloric intake and goal.
- It uses the standard formula where:
- 1g of Protein = 4 kcal
- 1g of Carbs = 4 kcal
- 1g of Fat = 9 kcal
How It Works:
