  2. Macro Calculation:
    • The calculator computes the amount of protein, fats, and carbs (in grams) based on the chosen caloric intake and goal.
    • It uses the standard formula where:
      • 1g of Protein = 4 kcal
      • 1g of Carbs = 4 kcal
      • 1g of Fat = 9 kcal
